Where do hamburgers like to dance?

At the meatball!

…The recipe is better than the joke, I swear.

You’ll need:
500g mince
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 egg, beaten

And the rest
1 jar pasta sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp parsley, chopped
Your choice of bread/baguette/sub rolls
Sliced cheese (mozzarella or provolone is good)

To make:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Roll the mixture into balls and brown them in a frypan, then put them in a casserole dish.

Stir the garlic and parsley into your pasta sauce (along with any other herbs and flavourings you want), then pour the sauce over the meatballs. Put them in the oven at 175C for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.

Lightly toast your buns (you can also put some butter and garlic salt on it). When the meatballs are done, spoon some of them with sauce onto the sub and top with cheese slices. You can pop the whole thing back into the oven to melt the cheese, or dig right in.
